A Study on the Change of Fire Safety Standards concerned with Hotels in Urban areas according to the year

摘要：

Rapid urbanization has caused an imbalance of buildings in urban areas.Function and performance of these buildings in regards to fire fighting need to be improved. Because their deterioration due to age increases maintenance costs and deteriorates function. The Building Law which is applied when a specific hotel is under construction was analyzed.The result of this study can be used in understanding problems of old hotels and researching important information that is needed to manage deterioration of buildings.
