Design Performance and its Differential Matters

This study has an interest to explain design performance of students. To do this successfully, an evaluation tool was established by three categories-basic elements of creating knowledge, design procedure & result, personal character-,and an evaluation was progressed to thirty selected students. As a result of the research, the study found that passion,leadership, and professional knowledge were very important matters to enhance design performance, and made clear that the very creative results and flexible thinking were powerful ability. Also, the student who showed an excellent design performance had strong concentration and egocentric character.
