A Fundamental Study for Development on Waterproof and Flame Retardant processing technology the Interior Wood of using Induced electricity heating Microwave
This study is targeting for the performance increase of waterproof, flame resistant which are the weaknesses of wood as an internal material of residential facility, by applying microwave, a dielectric heating, and then use immersion method after seasoned for an natural induction of penetration of waterproof.flame resistant agents into the wood, and this would enhance the wooden durability and usability equalizing the penetration of waterproof, flame resistant agents, and so this study could put forth a basic data for practically-usable waterproof, flame resistant internal wood development.Through the result, the test of water drop contact angle, water absorption, water content percentage and the performance test of the processed goods after flame resistant showed the results that the waterproof increase was due to the changes of immersion time by tree species with familiar formation as time runs, and the condition of 30 minutes before the immersion time was favorable in case microwave was applied rather than the existing painting method. And in case of making and using of the woods to which dielectric heating microwave was applied for the internal decoration goods of the dwelling facility, as an economy increase is expected due to a saving of loading sites, simplification of the processing, the woods which were processed waterproof, flame resistant with dielectric heating microwave could be used for internal decoration materials of dwelling facility.
