Acoustic Properties of Lightweight Foamed Concrete for Noise Control
This study deals with SAFC (sound absorption foamed concrete) and SIFC (sound insulation foamed concrete), which are applied to sound proof wall for road or acoustic sound room and partition wall for household. For the analysis of this experiment, SAFC and SIFC block are manufactured by autoclave curing of slurry made with bottom ash, cement, and other powers. The results of the experiment show that structure 1 and 2 using SAFC are satisfied with NRC 0.7 that is performance requirement of sound absorption materials. At the field test, SAFC shows almost same value compared with glass wool. In the results using SIFC, while it seemed that structure 1 of SIFC was possible for possible for partition wail of household in apartment house, SIFC was unsuitable household due to showing lower value at high frequency zone than existing material.
