Site Investigation on the Construction of Industrialized Houses
In Japan, the working procedure on each construction site differs even in the case of industrialized houses construction which applies standardized construction manuals. In this paper, we introduced the site investigation on the construction of industrialized houses. This site investigation included the construction investigation and the investigation of flow of building components. Through the site investigation, the construction work was recorded in detail. And also the flow of building components was examined. Based on the detailed data from the site investigation, we analyzed the each kind of construction work productivities and knew how the building components flow on the site when the components arrived at the site from the factory.
