A Study on Periodical Change in Arrangement of Royal Tomb Jaesil(Pavilion) in Joseon Dynasty
Though the royal tomb jasils in JoseonDynasity, where the ancestor worship was prepared, were the important buildings, there are not many preceding studies on it, and the existing royal tomb jasUs do not have the original shape as they were damaged or demolished, undergoing the restoration projects in the age of Japanese coloby and before and after 1950s.Accordingly, when taking a look at the arrangement pattern and periodical change appearing in the construction drawings collected in Jaesil Sanreungdogameuigwei and Neungji, it is identified that the arrangement of the royal tomb jasil had been changed from the arrangement centering on the Hyangdaecheong(A place where the incense was stored and the officiating officials were standing by.) to the Jaesil-centered arrangement by way of transitional period.
