Turn Brown into Yellow and Green:A Case Study on Industrial Area Urban Renewal in Jinan

摘要：

China is on the fast track of urban growth;industry is moving to countryside and leaves behind dilapidated brownfield inside the spreading city which calls for sensitive urban renewal. Based on a masterplan project in Jinan, the study shows the vision of a sustainable residential community in the land occupied by a chemical factory.
