Exploration of the Form of Utilization and Restructuring of the Industrial Heritage Land

摘要：

under the circumstances of economic globalization leading to industrial structure adjustment, explores the model transformation of utilization and restructure of the industrial heritage in the cities. Proposed and compared the characteristic, reutilization model,social effects of different land use in the restructure. And link the example to probe into the feasibility and operation effect.
