Change control with the life modern times desire——A Studies on the Village Preservation of Duong Lam Village,VietNam
Presently, Vietnam is under rapid development and modernization.To leave farm villages to future generations,we started the preservation of farm villages,with DuongLam HaTay as a beginning.The Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs concluded a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam cultural Heritage in March,2003.Showa Womens University and Nara National Research Institute of Cultural Properties presented the investigation report and the preservation plan document in December, 2004.In November 2005, the village of DuongLam was designated a national cultural property. And in May 2006, the temporary preservation regulation of management, preservation, restoration, and practical use of ruins was issued. And then the preservation and restoration ofthe ruins were started.
