Study on the New Patterns of Guanzhong Folk Dwellings
The Guanzhong area is central of Shaanxi Province, which is one of Chinese ancient civilized places, the historical culture accumulated deeply, its dwelling is nourished this land, and formed its unique characteristics. This article is from aspects of history and culture, special form,material and construction to thoroughly analyze the folk dwellings of Guanzhong region. While, along with time passing,the current folk dwellings situation is not well; gradually loose its distinctive characteristics from inside and outside.Faced with modernization, ecological and regional and so on problems. How to deal with these hard issues mainly depend on inherit and regenerate its tradition and culture. Create new patterns of Guanzhong dwellings through its new architectural feature and cultural regeneration.
