Planning Condition to Increase Assessment of Comfort in Atrium

摘要：

This study is to propose a planning condition as a concrete guideline of atriums highly evaluated by users assessment, defining atrium as an architectural type to provide urban public space. The assessment of comfort was proposed as primary indices to evaluate quality of atrium environment, and their explanatory variables were then identified through multiple regression analysis.Concretely, design factors of atriums to increase the users assessment were proved accessibility, scale, commercial facilities, and consideration for amenity.
