The Intergrowth of Modern Building and Historical Building—— Learn from the Experience of Wuhan Art Museum Design
Wuhan art museum is reconstructed by a group of historical buildings in a historical district. Through concrete design concept and methods, the article introducesthe intergrowth of modern building and historical buildings. The intergrowth is realized through city fabric, architecture functions and forms. The historical buildings have achieved both conservation and regeneration, which is a good case for the similar projects.
