Discuss the inheriting and developing of the Traditional Civil House and the Residence Today
Tradition itself involves alterations and changes. The development of modern science and technology has had the connotation of the word residence continuously extended and enriched. This essay has done some research in how to deal with the relationship between “the contemporary and “the traditional in the designing of house and how to treat the traditional civil house on the basis of investigation of civil house and todays residential area in Guanzhong plain.(belong to Shaanxi province) at the same time, it has offered its opinion in the characteristics of the traditional civil house, its retaining value and the trend of the development of the residence today
