The utilization of glass in the sustainable conservation on the historical architectural surface
Starting from the aim of the requiring the authenticity and readability on the historical materials of the architectural heritage, how to adequately express the character of the historical architecture through adopting the sustainable and syncretized materials should be considered when the historical architecture was protected and renovated.As an ordinary architecture material, glass should be in wide use in conservation and renovation to the historical architectural surface for its transparency. This article adopts the measures of theory analysis and computer simulation. Through combining the different function of different historical architectures, the article is trying to analyze the strategy of using glass on conservation and renewal of historical architecture from the section of configuration, surface and technology.
