Study on the Development of Plan Indicator for Realizing U-Eco City
As the increase of the supply and demand related to Ubiquitous, we hardly see competitive power from the urban development plan which only considers environment-friendly factor. In accordance with that trend, this study offers the city for the future which involves human-friendly and environment-friendly factors. Also this study proposes the plan indicator for realizing U-Eco City, simultaneously considering two formerly suggested plans, which are a human-friendly and environment-friendly urban plan indicator, and the plan indicator of the element of Ubiquitous tech nology. As a method of this study, firstly we deduced the plan indicator which is based on the evaluation of domestic and overseas residential complex. Secondly, we figured out the element of Ubiquitous technology based on the study of National Information Society Agency, which classifies the research and application service on Ubiquitous, deduced and tabularize the items to apply to U-Eco City. Thirdly, 2 deduced indicators were integrated after being compared and analysed. Ultimately the deduced indicator has 2 features. It deals with consideration from urban planning, the access to service and maintaining city, which complement with one another.
