An Energy-conservation and Environment-protection Analysis on Possibility of Using not-utilized Municipal Sewage,River Energy in Changchun,China

摘要：

In this paper, we analyzed and discussed how to utilize the low-temperature waste heat energy (sewage and river) in order to save energy and environment. The possible energy saving and reductions of CO2, NOx, SOx, and dust are calculated respectively.
