Research on Informatization Index of China

摘要：

In this paper we improved the model of informatization level that is put forward by Japanese scholar and measured the informatization level of China from 1990 to 2003.It also draws up the increase curve of informatization index for China,and we measured the annual average increase rate of China information industry is 25.24％ in this period.
