Research on the Institutional Innovation and the Reconstructions Path for Family Enterprises
The article focuses on the problem that family enterprises change its institution to which the scholars and the entrepreneurs pay enough attention. At first, the implication of family enterprise is specified and the gerneral trace of its development is simply analyzed. On the basis of it, the author analyzes some important problem that family enterprises confront in the mature period. So the problem of exploring effective pathes of innovating family enterprises institution naturally sprins up. The paper insists that the change in family enterprises institution take place gradually, it may be finished by means of a three-step action. Thus, the proposal can be referred when family enterprises turn into that of Modem Enterprise Institution.
