Study on the Technology Investment in Henan Province in View of Enhancing the Independent Innovation Capability

摘要：

Starting with the necessity of increasing the technology investment, strengthening the independent innovation capability, this thesis analyzes the scale and structure of technology investment in the human resources, together with the amount and the strength of the financial resources in Henan Province. It deals with the. main problems in the technology investment in Henan Province and maintains that increasing the technology investment is the necessity in raising the independent innovation capability. The thesis also offers some countermeasures and advice.
