The Strategic Selection to Cultivate the Sustainable Development Ability of Henan Textile Industry in the Post-quota Era

摘要：

The post-era brings new energy for the rapid development of Henan textile industry. The re-division of quotas in international textile market brings Henan a broader international market while there are also serious challenges because of the global extension of textile products, special safeguard measures and non-tariff barriers. Henan textile industry should seek the opportunity, utilize its advantages and take a sustainable development road to create a harmonious environment for the stable and long term development of enterprises with the joint effort of government, industry association,enterprises and the consumers.
