Study on the Administration of Updating Water Right of Akesu River Basin

摘要：

Akesu River is the maximum runoff source flow of Tarim River. Over the past decades,because of the increasing of water consumption in upstream, the water feeding Tarim River main stream was decreasing and the ecological environment condition of lower reaches of Tarim River was deteriorated. To recover the ecological environment, Akesu River Basin sets up the updating water fight management system based on the initial water right allocation. The new conception of updating water right was brought forward and classified four grades. Every grades determining and management was expatiated.
