STUDY ON LOGISTICS DISTRIBUTION CENTERS LOCATION DECISION-MAKING BASED ON CONSENSUS DEGREE
Location Decision-making of LDC (Logistics Distribution Centers) is an important step of planning andoperation of logistics. It produces an effect directly on the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics system operation.Different indexes should be thought over in decision, such as sharpness, economy and security. Every stakeholder hasdifferent predisposition to these indexes. The problem of the location Decision-making of LDC is the groupmulti-objects decision-making. An LDC location decision-making model is constructed based on consensus degreeusing weight matrix and evaluation matrix. It can ensure the consensus degree of each alternative through calculatingthe amending range for one best alternative. In the end, an example is given to illustrate the step of this method.
