The technology innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises is the most important component of our countrys innovative construction,The important position in the technology innovation and the endogenous deficiencies decide that small and medium-sized enterprises must be abet by finance,revenue,law,social work etc.But there are many deficiencies in the technology innovation system itself of small and medium-sized enterprises;we must do something to perfect that.
