The Research on Agile Enterprise Mode Based on Speed Economy

摘要：

The paper Begun with the development of the new economy era,then illustrated the inevitability that the economy of the speed substitute the economy of the scale.To cope with the economy of the speed,the paper put forth the feasible reconstruction to construct The Agile Enterprise.Based on above,die paper brought forth the System Economic Model and the Mutual Mode of the Agile Enterprise,and then analyzed the factors that affect the agility of the enterprise.At last,the paper brought forth the feasible choices of the technology,the organization and the main body.
