Strengthening the Scientific Thinking on Safety to Promote the Innovating in the Management System of Work Safety

摘要：

Lack of the controlling force and the innovation ability in the management system of work safety brings about the production accidents, whereas along with the coordinated strengthening of them,the production accidents can be avoided. This is the inherent law of work safety. Both the essence and the kernel of the scientific thinking on safety are people oriented. Under the guidance of this advanced thinking and follow the inherent law of work safety can promote the coordination of the controlling force and the innovation ability of work safety. Carrying out the scientific thinking on safety and innovating the safety controlling mechanism continuously, thats the most efficient approach to realize the truly work safety.
