On Work Safety in Engineering Construction Site in Comply with Four-Dang and Two-Control Principle
Previously, this paper analyses the characteristics of accident management about engineering construction, and then introduces a practical security technology with four-danger and two-controlaiming at prevention and control in engineering construction system. It expounds the state of four-danger(namely the source, the factors, the approaches and the dangerous points), and distributes the conceptions, even distinguishes and analyses those states. Meanwhile we give innovatively the conceptions as conventional hazard, additive hazard, human body behavior energy and accident set etc. Finally, it introduces the method of controlling the occurrence of accidents and reducing the loss of accidents and advancing the security of operation system by adopting the measure of two-control based on mastering four-danger information.
