Progress in Films and Coatings of Precious Metals

摘要：

This paper described the preparation of precious metals thin films and coatings by CVD,PVD, Sol-Gel, PLD and other techniques, and the application prospects of them in the fields of oxidation-resistant thrusters for spacecraft, micro-electronics, new energy source, treatment of environmental pollution, magnetic storage and magnetic-optical storage, et al. Examples are the iridium coating by MOCVD; the Pt/C, PtRu/C, Ag-TiO2, Au/SiO2, Co/Pt and Cr/Ru/PtCo/Ru/PtCo/Ru composite films and multi-layer films produced by PVD; the Au/Y2O3, Pt/TiO2 and Pt-TiO2/C, Ag-TiO2, and the Agdoped TiO2films by Sol-Gel technique, and so on.
