The Study on Indoor Bio-Aerosol Contaminant according to Indoor Temperature Differences and Field Test

The importance of indoor air environment has been increased since people spend very long time indoor rooms. Among various air contaminants, bio-aerosol,which causes illness, such as flu, asthma,an atopy etc., is as important as other contaminants, but research on bio-aerosol contaminants is much less than that of chemistry and solid air contaminants. In this study, we test differences in number of bio-aerosols according.to air temperatures,and measure the actual bio-contaminant trends in university rooms. We found a relationship between Bio-Aerosol and temperature from an experiment in a temperature controlled experiment room. Then, with the result of numbers of bio-aerosol in the common rooms, and we can compare this result with a result of the experiment room. In the future, this data can be used as a basic data for an effect control of bio-aerosol contaminants for better indoor environment.
