With the rapid process of globalization and decrease of national characteristic, how to reflect the traditional style in modern architecture is a big question for architects.This thesis is inclined to take Chinas new architecture Desheng Up-town and New Suzhou Museum for example to analyze its combination of the unique elements of traditional architecture and new technologies and materials, which not only develops the traditional architectural culture, but also provides a certain amount of inspiration for the design of modern buildings.
