STUDY ON REAL-TIME RECTIFICATION GUIDE FOR ABNORMAL SITUATION OF CHEMICAL FROCESSES
Hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) is a method widely used in reliability analysis of chemical process. However, this method is effective in network analysis for a process only when an inherent or potential danger is known in the process. Under this condition, HAZOP can, identifying the weak link in the process, select the best management approach. Unfortunately, it can not efficiently identify risks based on the real-time information of a production process from the network, and provide corresponding and effective solutions to the real-time risks. In this paper, research on Real-time Rectification Guide for Abnormal Situation of Chemical Processes (RRGAS) is carried out. In fact, RRGAS is based on the results given by the HAZOP, which consists of safety assessments for typical petrochemical devices and the suggestions for risk reduction according to such safety assessments. In conjunction with enterprise information management technology, RRGAS achieves real-time data tracking and extends on-site real-time evaluation through field analysis of integrated data processing and multi-parameter accurate diagnosis. Compared to normal working condition, once RRGAS identifies an Abnormal Situation, it can provide the control strategy and operational guide before the alarm, and then, manual rectification can be made to the system to restores its normal working condition. Finally, an example of the combination of craft with propylene is given out to such RRGASs systematic functions and practical use.
