A RESEARCH INTO THE QUALITY CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IN MACHINING PROCESS OF ENTERPRISE ALLIANCES BASED ON PROCEDURE ORIENTED PARAMETER
In network-based manufacturing, an enterprise alliance is characterized by information, integration, globalization and variation, which pose a challenge to the conventional quality control technology. Exploring the new quality control technology in machining process for enterprise alliances based on process parameter, this paper brings forward a system with the implementing plans, which is composed of equipment layer, distributing information disposal layer, network truss layer and decision-making layer. Measures to deal with data losing and time delay are also presented.
