DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF CBR FAULT DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM FOR HIGH SPEED WIRE ROLLING MILLS
Based on the CBR inference technology, the intelligent diagnosis system for high speed wire rolling mills was designed and completed. In the expression and management of case base, the fault cases of gearbox in different rolling mills were classified into different types according to the demand of fault diagnosis system and the peculiarity of certain gearbox. Using the space distance as a evaluation index, the similarity is calculated to find the nearest case with the target case in the relevant data base. Consequently, the intelligence fault diagnosis of gearbox for the high speed wire rolling mill was realized. Based on above research, the conceptual model and physical model are founded and the prototype of the system is accomplished.
