RESEARCH AND DEVELOP ON BELL-LESS TOP GEAR BOX OF BF MONITORING AND DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM
Large iron and steel enterprises belong to process enterprise, Ironworks is usually the bottleneck of which enterprises want to improve production. It will cause enormous loss of business, when BF system once burst into failure. Bell-less top-gear box distributor monitoring and diagnosis systems which is based on special vibration sensors and demodulator, mainly used for the acceleration gear box on the vibration, temperature, nitrogen and cooling water, and other parameters of signals in the acquisition and handling, and provide a 24-hour online monitoring to the weak point of Gear box--large slewing bearings, bearings, bolts, gears and motor parts,and etc. As a result of applying that system, it effectively guarantee the safety of blast furnace production and decrease the key equipment downtime to enable enterprises to access the enormous economic benefits.
