DESIGN OF PM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON RCM PROGRAM
Effective PM (preventive maintenance) management system is the technical foundation to realize management affairs. According to the demand of maintenance management, the frame of PM management System for RCM is designed in this paper. It consists of basic function module, information interaction and system deployment pattern.There are eight parts in the basic function module, such as the RCM program management as the basic functional demand of maintenance management. This paper outlines the basic information interaction among modules that are classified three types, the working information flow, feedback information flow and evaluation information flow. Based on the current material maintenance management system and all-level management function, the deployment pattern and its functional demand are given.
