QUALITY FEEDBACK MODEL FOR TROUBLE RELAPSE PREVENTION IN PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The quality in the design has been secured by the experts know-how and effort. However, it has become difficult by the competing intensification between the enterprises in recent years. To realize the automation of the feedback of the quality, we used the language analysis technology for FMEA and trouble information. The trouble cases in both FMEA and trouble information are classified by failure mode and join mutually. As a result, accuracy and the efficiency of Quality feedback have improved.
