STUDY ON SIX-DIMENSION ALIGNMENT TECHNOLOGY OF MULTI-SPAN ROTOR

To solve the problem that every single-span rotor of turbine machines is qualified with high-speed balance, but runs into intense vibration when coupled with each other, this paper utilizes rotor dynamics software to model and simulate test rig of high-speed turbine rotor and builds finite element model of single rotor and multiple rotor to virtually couple. The effect of shaft vibration brought by the phase difference between the residual imbalance of every single-span rotor is studied to hope that through theoretical study of the residual imbalance phase and coupling relation between them, we can guide the installation by adjusting relative phase between the residual imbalance of every rotor to reduce or even completely eliminate the shaft imbalance, and thereby achieve the object of replacing balancing of entire machine at full speed to ensure a successful start.
