AN OPTIMIZATION AND DECISION-MAKING SYSTEM OF MAINTENANCE RESOURCES FOR EQUIPMENT BASED ON SIMULATION
Maintenance resources are important part of the maintenance support system. The total efficiency of equipment system is directly affected by the allocation of maintenance resources. However, there is a lack of the effective tools for optimization and decision-making of maintenance resources presently. In this paper, approaches of the optimal selection from the simulation schemes are analyzed, and some optimization models for maintenance resources such as spare parts and personnel are constructed. An optimization and decision-making system is developed. At last, a case is given to validate the system, which has demonstrated that this system is an efficient support tool for the optimization and decision-making of maintenance resources.
