RESEARCH ON PHM SYSTEM OF THE SPACEFLIGHT LAUNCH BASE EQUIPMENT

The health condition of measure and launch equipment in the spaceflight launch-base has critical impact on the success of space flight launch missions. Based on RCM (Reliability-centered Maintenance), the critical components of measure and launch equipment in a spaceflight launch-base which is located in the North of China are identified, and the acquisition and monitoring technique of condition information for the equipment unites are discussed. The distributed network transmission link of information and data, which is based on the LAN of the spaceflight launch-base, is combined with the signal collection level of equipment condition and the remote management decision-making function to build up the condition monitoring and health management system of equipment. The system management module, information communication module, equipment data-base memory module, diagnosis knowledge base module, and reasoning and decision module are constructed. And the history performance data, trial run data and the scene detecting data are all utilized to accomplish the equipment health management functions such as: feature extraction, condition evaluation, life prediction and maintenance decision.
