HIGH-SPEED WIRE ROD MILL NETWORK MONITORING SYSTEM

摘要：

The high-speed wire rod mill network monitoring system is used to monitor the vibration information of roughing mill and finishing mill. The system has been running for more than five years, with hidden fault dangers being found many times, providing a scientific basis for ensuring safe and reliable operation of mill and its maintenance. Mill gearbox Fault Diagnosis Expert System is developed, by storing the ruled information of the combination of typical fault characteristic rules and field technicians experience into the diagnosis rule base, with the combination of calculating frequency and search automatically and fault diagnosis inference rule, to provide the tool of mill gearbox intelligent diagnostic for field technicians.
