A COMPREHENSIVE FRAMEWORK FOR ASSET MANAGEMENT DECISIONS

This paper develops and presents a novel Asset Management Decision Framework (AMDF) which consists of context identification process and taxonomic breakdown of Asset Management (AM) decision types. The AMDF, developed from first principles, is intended as a tool for establishment or audit of AM decision systems.
