THE THEORY OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FOR HEALTH MAINTENANCE APPLIED TO THE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CIPS
This paper is aimed to the present condition of equipment maintenance and management in the Computer Integrated Process System (CIPS), apply the method and technology of mechanical equipment for health maintenance, and determine systematically the basic contents of the equipment health state evaluation, health maintenance strategy, and equipment maintenance and management. Based on the theory of mechanical equipment for health maintenance integrated adequately with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the Process Control System (PCS) resources within the CIPS, the model is developed. The model adopts the approaches of mechanical equipment for health maintenance in equipment maintenance and management of the CIPS, and also it discusses how to carry out the scientific maintenance and management.
