The on-line monitoring system is a high-line bar mill gear box and an important tool for preserving, in order to sustain the work of equipment, must be difficult to take measures. Have a strong sense of responsibility of the maintenance personnel, through facial features detection, offline and online monitoring system, can achieve more than 90 percent of the fault diagnosis accuracy. Enterprises must attach importance to the professional management company under the guidance of long-term training, to establish an information communication and risk prevention mechanism, hindsight and with prior forecasts. As long as long-term, we can achieve very good results.
