ON-LINE CONDITION MONITORING AND FAULT DIAGNOSIS TECHNOLOGY WITH BLACK BOX FOR BIG SILICON STEEL DC MOTOR
Large DC motor used in the production of silicon steel is an important equipment for rolling steel. Its failure will cause direct economic losses and have a serious affection. There are many factors causing failure to DC motor, and its prevention and diagnostic are hard problems troubling equipment maintainers. Only through monitoring of various state parameters and timely and effective parameters analysis can promptly prevent and stop the occurrence of unexpected incidents. The system uses a large number of electricity and non-electricity parameters to a DC motor for online monitoring and fault diagnosis, playing a very good role in preventing the occurrence of failure.
