Research of Laser Particle Sizer based on Scattering Theory

Particle is widely involved in scientific research and industry,among the high frequency used examination methods to its size range and distribution,the laser scattering one has especial advantages such as high precision,quick test,good repeatability and wide measuring range.For enhancing the measuring accuracy,a new non-mode inversion algorithm is presented by study of non-mode data processing algorithm, optical system and annular photodiodes are designed, corresponding test and analysis software is developed,and a laser particle size analyse system based on scattering theory is achieved.The results obtained by experiments indicate that this algorithm enhanced the measuring precision and reduced the repetition error effectively.
