Manufacturers Inventory Control Mechanism based on System Dynamics

摘要：

The inventory issue has been plaguing enterprises as a difficult problem, it is also the focus which industry and the theoretical circles concerned. Based on the greater environmen and taking many uncertain factors into account, the paper first applied the system dynamics theory to construct the manufacturers inventory management model.Using system dynamics simulation software to simulate and amend the model repeatedly, the manufacturers inventory control mechanism and management thought is revealed from a new perspective, which came to meet the realities of enterprises and the scientific inventory control strategy.
