SD model on sustainable development in Changzhou City from industry perspective
From the perspective of industry, this paper divides manufacturing into five chief sub-sectors, and then the SD model of coupling system between urbanization and industry development is constructed. Afterwards, by means of alternation of investment structure among different industries, this paper analyzes various effects on the urbanization process caused by different industry policies which are the traditional industry mode, the emerging industry mode and the heavy industry-led mode.The results show that: in the early stage among the next 25 years, Changzhou city should gradually changes its industry policy to emerging industry mode, while heavy industry-led mode should been taken into account in the middle stage. In the last stage, the industry policy should focus on the traditional manufacturing mode, in order to ensure citys sustainable development.
