Trade Associations Trust Leakage during the Transitional Period

The trade associations comparative advantages determine that they could get the relevant transferable rights from enterprises and governments. The basic premise of this kind of rights transfer is that the relevant contract participators trust the trade associations and their agents. The article begins from analyzing the core roles which the trade associations governance structure plays in the trade associations trust mechanism, then points out the institutional background and its springhead of governance structure of the Chinese trade associations trust leakage during the transitional period, finally discusses the control of its trust leakage from the aspects of institutions construction and mechanism design of the trade associations governance structure.
