The Practical Dynamic Strategy of Ensuring Energy Security in China
Obviously energy security is important for the national security, sustainable development and stabilization of the society. At first the relationship between energy security and national security is revealed in the paper. Then the economic, social, political and other functions of the energy security are analyzed, and the negative influence of energy supply and price fluctuation on economy increase is explained simultaneously. More over, problems of energy gross and structure are put up through analyzing the distribution and usage of energy sources in China. Based on the new sustainable idea and composition of national energy security, the dynamic strategy system which could ensure energy security of China is set up. Finally, the security of energy structure itself is discussed. Above all, the balance between supply and demand of energy, ecology protection to get sustainable development should be kept for ever, and the implement of strategy must be performed uncompromisingly.
