System Thinking of Chinas excess Foreign Exchange Reserves

摘要：

China has accumulated a huge amount of foreign exchange reserves. Foreign exchange reserves increased ability to pay and improved Chinas image in international community. Most of Chinas foreign exchange reserves are invested to foreign bonds. The character is high liquidity and low yield. This paper analyzes the scale of foreign exchange reserves and researches on the feedback mechanism of excess reserves, provides suggestion to reserves management.
