Preference of Financial Instrument Choice under Project Financing

摘要：

How to choose a suitable financial instrument is very important for project financing. It can reflect the preference of investors. The article analyses the financial instrument of project financing. From the angle of liability financing and equity financing, the author discussed the preference between two financial instruments, and raised the preference zone between the two instruments.Meanwhile, it analyses the effective factors of financial instrument under venture equity capital.
